Our mission is to provide a transparent and fair process for both sellers and buyers. We strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients while maintaining the highest level of integrity.

How long does the Estate Sale process take
From the first visit to the final visit usually takes 20 to 30 days or more depending on client needs and quantity of items.
What to Expect
- We come to your location
- We clean, organize and display everything
- We promote the sale to our extensive list of buyers on different platforms
- The sale usually lasts 3 days
- Unsold items can be liquidated at a buyout or donated
- Proceeds from the sale are given to seller ( less agreed commissions) no later than 5 days following the last day of sale.
What is the cost
There is no up front or out of pocket expense for you.
We charge a percentage of between 35% - 50% depending on the estate.
