You can drop off pieces at the auction house at 10690 Shadow Wood Drive Suite 132  Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, . We have staff that can help unload your vehicle of small items. If you need assistance moving large items to us, we recommend a couple of third-party movers: 

We present your property to a global audience of qualified buyers. Each item is professionally photographed and carefully promoted to our established network of collectors and buyers through email campaigns, print media, Google, EstateSales.net, AuctionZip, and direct phone outreach.

When appropriate, items are also offered on major online bidding platforms through our partners LiveAuctioneers and Hibid, in addition to Applegate’s own live, in-house auctions. This multi-channel approach ensures your property receives maximum exposure.

Your items will be placed in the most suitable upcoming auction so they can be sold efficiently and at the right time.

Our commission rates are highly competitive, and payment for your sold items is processed promptly. Proceeds are available within 10 days following the auction, and your proceeds can either be mailed to you or picked up in person.

Does Applegate Auction sell pieces on consignment or buy estates outright?

What if my property doesn't sell? 

This is very unlikely as we always draw a strong crowd of buyers to our auctions and so your pieces will bring fair market value when sold at Applegate Auctions. Arrangements can be made in the unlikely event of a "pass".
